20251127 Low Altitude Economic Drone Course and Inaugural Ceremony

The Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association's "Low Altitude Economy Drone Flying Training Course and the Inauguration Ceremony of the First Class" was successfully held at the Legislative Council on November 27, marking the entry of Hong Kong's property management industry into a new era of low altitude economy application. The inaugural class had over 100 trainees and gathered more than 10 industry elites and experts as well as other guests.

Mr. Tony Tse, Founding President of the Federation, said, "Drone technology is reshaping the service model of the property management industry. The launch of this course will lay the foundation for the industry to nurture professional talents in drone application, promote the transformation of Hong Kong's property management industry to digitalization and intelligence, and help Hong Kong consolidate its position as an international smart city."

Surveyor Wong Yung Shing, instructor of the training course, pointed out that the event was the largest ever drone training course in Hong Kong and the first officially recognized drone training course provided by a professional organization in property and facility management.

Before the opening ceremony, the crowd observed a minute's silence in memory of the victims of the fire in Tai Po.
