The establishment of the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Association of Property and Facility Management in the Greater Bay Area carries a significant mission and far-reaching significance.


In terms of strategic leadership, the Federation has been fully implementing the strategic deployment of the "Outline of the Plan for the Development of the Greater Bay Area of Hong Kong and Macao" promulgated by the Central Authorities and the National Fifteenth Five-Year Plan with an unswerving determination, taking the top-level design of the country as a beacon for the way forward, and actively integrating into the construction of the Greater Bay Area.


In terms of building an exchange platform, the Federation is committed to building an open and diversified communication bridge, and is dedicated to linking up enterprises, organizations and individuals in the field of urban public services and facilities management in the Greater Bay Area of Hong Kong and Macao. Through the organization of various exchange activities, seminars, competitions, and cooperation projects, the Federation promotes the sharing of resources and experience among all parties, and stimulates the momentum of synergistic development.


The Federation understands the importance of rationalizing the property and facility management systems, which includes in-depth study of the current management situation in the three places, analyzing the root causes of the problems, integrating advantageous resources, eliminating the blockages and pain points in the management process, and establishing a set of scientific, efficient and standardized management systems.


In the field of technological empowerment, the Federation will vigorously promote the in-depth application of artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of Things and other cutting-edge technologies in property and facilities management. Through the deployment of intelligent equipment, digital management platform construction, the realization of the management of the refined, intelligent, efficient, industry development to inject new momentum, enhance the Greater Bay Area property and facilities management technology content and international competitiveness, the public to bring a greater sense of well-being.


The Federation actively promotes in-depth exchanges and innovative integration of the property and facility management industries in Hong Kong and Macau. Encourage enterprises in the three places to carry out joint projects, technical cooperation, exchange of talents, etc., to fully utilize their respective strengths, promote the industry to a higher level of development, and help the property and facilities management industry in the Greater Bay Area to the international stage.


To promote the integrated development of the industry, the Federation will focus on promoting the standardization of property and facility management standards as well as the mutual recognition of talents and professional qualifications among the three places. Through the formulation of unified standards, the industry will be regulated and service quality will be enhanced; the free flow of talents will be promoted, and the allocation of resources will be efficient and effective, providing a solid foundation for the development of the industry.


Talent is the core of the development of the industry, the Federation attaches great importance to the cultivation of talent. Through organizing professional training and academic seminars, the Federation aims to cultivate a group of property and facility management talents with international vision, professionalism and creativity, so as to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of the industry. At the same time, we will continue to innovate the mode of cooperation among the three industries and explore diversified cooperation paths to build a smart, livable and sustainable world-class Greater Bay Area.

The objects of the Federation are set forth in its Articles of Association and are summarized below:

⚫ Promote exchanges, innovation and deeper integration of the property and facilities management industries in the three places

⚫ Rationalize the property and facility management systems of the three sites

⚫ Enhancement of professional property and facilities management ratings, status and benefits in the three territories

⚫ Integration of the latest developments in property management and facilities management in the three territories to enhance property value and durability

⚫ Collecting suggestions from different members to promote property management and facility management matters in the industry to achieve excellence

⚫ To co-ordinate and support the Government's efforts in promoting policies in the industry and make constructive suggestions to enhance property management and facilities management

Membership Eligibility and Criteria

1. Personal

1.1 Applicants must be Hong Kong residents.

1.2 Equivalent qualifications recognized by a tertiary institution or the Membership Development Committee; or in the property management industry

A Tier 1 or Tier 2 Property Manager's License issued by the EAA.

1.3 At the time of application, possessing not less than 5 years of working experience in the property and facility management industry, of which not less than 3 years are in the property and facility management industry.

If not, 15 years of working experience is required.

Seven years of experience in Hong Kong work at a recognized supervisory level.

1.4 The applicant's position in the company or organization is at executive or supervisory level and

2. Company

2.1 A company registered in Hong Kong and has been established for not less than 3 years.

2.2 Holding a PMC license issued by the Property Management Industry Authority (PMIA)

2.3 No criminal record of the company and its designated representatives 3. Clubs/Associations

3.1 Established for not less than 5 years

3.2 To actively participate in the work and activities of promoting and marketing property management services.

3.3 the membership of its Associate Members is not less than that required for admission to the Union

Membership Fee

An application for membership shall be subject to the payment of such fee as may be determined from time to time by the Council; the annual subscription shall be

The annual subscription fee payable by a member of the Association is immediately due and payable in advance on January 1 of each year and is payable on a reasonable basis.

The Council may from time to time decide as follows:

Individual membership fee is HK$$1000;

The membership fee of the Company/Society/Association is HK$$3000.

Membership Application Review Process

Applications for membership in the Federation shall be reviewed and recommended by the Membership Development Committee and resolved by the Board of Directors.

 

The emblem of the Association is a simple brushstroke that symbolizes the core values of the Association:

The two letters "G" and "B" are abbreviations of "國" and "物" (property), and symbolize the geographic core of the Greater Bay Area (Greater Bay Area) of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. They also symbolize the geographical core of the Greater Bay Area. The two letters are closely linked, representing that the Federation is based in the Bay Area and serves the whole country.

Overall structure: The lines are strong and powerful, reflecting the professionalism, stability and commitment of the property and facility management industry.
