I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our members, industry partners and friends for their continuous support and trust in the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Association of Property and Facility Management in the Greater Bay Area (APFMA). Since its establishment, the Association has been actively promoting exchanges and collaboration among the property and facility management industries in the Greater Bay Area, and has already launched a number of key activities in just a few months, including:
The inauguration ceremony of the first Board of Directors and the dinner to celebrate the 28th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China were held on August 26, marking the official launch of the Federation.
Attended industry events such as the RETHINK HK Forum and the Shenzhen Fair to promote industry dialogues.
Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Greater Bay Area Low Altitude Economic Coalition to develop innovative application scenarios
Organize training courses on low altitude economic drones to promote the integration of technology and practice
Launching of Guangzhou Visiting and Exchange Tour to Deepen Interaction and Collaboration in the Greater Bay Area

Looking ahead to 2026, we will continue to promote more member activities, professional training and study tours to the Greater Bay Area, including the upcoming second phase of the Low Altitude Economy Drone Training Course, member reunions, study tours to Shenzhen, and the General Meeting of Members. We look forward to continuing to work together with all of you to raise the standard of the industry, to continue to guard safety with professionalism, to drive development with innovation, and to win the future through cooperation.
