Founding Philosophy
The establishment of the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association (HKGABAMA) carries a significant mission and far-reaching significance.
In terms of strategic leadership, the Federation is determined to fully implement the strategic deployment of the "Outline of the Plan for the Development of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao" promulgated by the Central Government and the National Fifteen-Year Plan, and to actively integrate into the construction of the Greater Bay Area by taking the top-level design of the country as a beacon for the way forward.
In terms of building an exchange platform, the Federation is committed to building an open and diversified communication bridge, and is dedicated to linking up enterprises, organizations and individuals in the field of urban public services and facilities management in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Through the organization of various exchange activities, seminars, competitions and cooperation projects, the Federation promotes the sharing of resources and experience among all parties, and stimulates the momentum of synergistic development.
The Federation understands the importance of rationalizing the property and facility management systems, which includes in-depth study of the current management situation in the three places, analysis of the root causes of the problems, integration of advantageous resources, elimination of blockages and pain points in the management process, and the establishment of a set of scientific, efficient and standardized management systems.
In the area of technology empowerment, the Federation will vigorously promote the in-depth application of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and Internet of Things in property and facility management. Through the deployment of intelligent equipment and the construction of a digital management platform, the Federation will realize the refinement, intelligence and efficiency of management, inject new momentum into industrial development, enhance the technological content and international competitiveness of property and facility management in the Greater Bay Area, and bring a greater sense of well-being to the public.
The Federation actively promotes in-depth exchanges and innovative integration of the property and facility management industries in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. It encourages enterprises in the three places to carry out joint projects, technical cooperation and exchange of talents to fully utilize their respective strengths, promote the industry to a higher level of development, and assist the property and facility management industry in the Greater Bay Area to move towards the international arena.
In order to promote the integrated development of the industry, the Federation is committed to promoting the standardization of property and facility management standards as well as the mutual recognition of talent qualifications and professional qualifications among the three places. Through the development of unified standards, the Federation will regulate the behavior of the industry and enhance service quality, promote the free flow of talents and efficient allocation of resources, and provide a solid foundation for the development of the industry.
Talent is the core of industrial development, and the Federation attaches great importance to talent cultivation. Through the launch of professional training and academic seminars, the Federation will nurture a group of property and facility management talents with international vision, professionalism and innovation, so as to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of the industry. At the same time, we will continue to innovate the mode of cooperation among the industries of the three places and explore diversified cooperation paths to build a smart, livable and sustainable world-class Greater Bay Area.
