On April 28-29, the Hong Kong Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association (HKGGAMA) successfully completed its study tour and exchange activities in Zhuhai. The 30-member delegation was led by Mr. Tony Tse, Founding President of the Association and Member of the Legislative Council, Mr. Fung Kwok-hung, Vice President and Chairman of the Mainland and Overseas Affairs Committee, Mr. Wong Kin-ping, Vice President and Chairman of the Activities Committee, Mr. Chan Yu, Vice President, Mr. Yen Wai-kiu, Vice President, Mr. Yiu Kit-nging, Founding Member, and Mr. Kenneth Kan, Founding Member of the Association, accompanied by the delegation for sightseeing and exchanges.
In the afternoon of 28th, the delegation had in-depth exchanges with the Zhuhai Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the Zhuhai Property Management Industry Association, etc. The two sides exchanged experience in property management and also exchanged views on the problems and policies of property management in the two places.
On the last day, the delegation visited the Hengqin International Finance Center (IFC) to experience the momentum of the integration of Qin and Macao. They also visited benchmark residential projects such as Huafa Century City to learn about its innovative model of community services and commercial support, and the Founding Chairman, Mr. Tse Wai Chuen, commended Huafa's Red Leader model.
The three-day study tour and exchange program was very meaningful and opened a new chapter of cooperation in the Greater Bay Area for the property management industry of the Federation. Special thanks to Mr. Paul Tse, President of the Macau Property Management Association, for his careful arrangement and hospitality, which added the light of friendship to the study tour.
