20251218 Thanksgiving - Membership Meeting

On December 18, the Federation organized the "Thanksgiving and Partnership - Membership Exchange", in which more than 50 people, including the Founding President, Vice Presidents, Council Members and members of the Federation, gathered in the Legislative Council Function Room 5B to look forward to the future together.

Mr. Tony Tse, Founding President of the Association, delivered a New Year's speech, saying, "Gratitude is the cornerstone of the Association's development, and peer-to-peer cooperation is the strength for us to move forward." In retrospect, since its establishment, the Association has been committed to promoting the in-depth cooperation between Hong Kong and the Mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area in the areas of property management and facility management. The President would like to express his sincere gratitude to all corporate and individual members for their active contribution in promoting industry standardization, talent exchange and technology sharing, especially in the recent interaction with the Guangdong Property Management Industry Association, which demonstrated the solidarity and professionalism of the industry in Hong Kong.

The Honourable Edward Yau, Honorary Advisor of the Association, commended the Association for its achievements for the industry. In respect of technological innovation, Mr Yau said that he would give strong support and cooperation to the Association, and hoped that the Association would keep up the good work, not forgetting its original intention, and actively promote "mutual recognition of standards, mutual qualification, and interconnection of resources" to assist its members in grasping the opportunities of the development of the Greater Bay Area, and to enhance Hong Kong's professional standard and competitiveness in property management.

The exchange session was relaxed and enjoyable with a warm atmosphere, members actively exchanged practical experience and explored business opportunities. The event deepened the communication and understanding among members, and built up unity for the sustainable development of the Association.
