Welcome to join the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association! Since its establishment in August 2024, the Federation has been focusing on the development strategy of the Greater Bay Area, gathering the strength of the industry in the three places, with the mission of promoting the standardization of the property management industry, mutual recognition of talents and technological convergence, and striving to build a first-class Bay Area ecosystem that is smart and livable.
The Federation has already attracted 114 founding members, including professional institutes, leading enterprises and industry elites. We will create value for the industry with our members by building a platform to connect resources (e.g., technology forums, study tours and exchanges), promoting quality improvement and upgrading of the industry (intelligent and green transformation), and protecting members' rights (policy coordination and professional consultant support).
With the unprecedented development opportunities in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, we look forward to seeing you using the Federation as a platform to share experiences, collaborate and innovate, and jointly promote the internationalized development of the property management industry in the Bay Area.
