HKFPA to Exhibit at the China International Property Management Industry Expo 2025
The China Property Management Association (CPMA) organized the "China International Property Management Industry Expo 2025" in Qingdao, Shandong Province on July 2-4. The Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Association of Property and Facility Management (HKGDPFM) was invited to organize a delegation to participate in the exhibition, which comprised of more than 10 members including the Chairman of the Development Committee of the HKGDPFM, Mr. Fung Kwok Hung, and Director of the HKGDPFM, Mr. Lai Chi-man, etc. The delegation also attended the "China International Property Management Industry Expo 2025" in Qingdao, Shandong Province.
Focusing on the theme of “Enhancing Service Quality and Creating a Harmonious Scene”, this year's China Property Expo continued the integration mode of “exhibition” and “conference”, with more than 230 domestic and foreign exhibitors participating in the exhibition, and launched the theme exhibition of “Good House, Good Service” and the special exhibition of “Intelligent Technology, Intelligent Service”. The theme exhibition of "Good House, Good Service" and the special exhibition of "Intelligent Technology, Intelligent Service"; the 8th Property Management Innovation and Development Forum held during the same period included 1 main forum and 8 parallel forums, covering conceptual changes, ideals, rule of law, technology empowerment, standardization work, talent cultivation, and the development of the property management industry. The Eighth Property Management Innovation and Development Forum comprised one main forum and eight parallel forums covering conceptual change, ideals and beliefs, rule of law, technology empowerment, standardization, talent cultivation, harmonious scenes, community life, facilities and equipment technology, and industry development.
