Horses for Spring - New Year's Gathering for Members
On March 5, 2012, Monkey, the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association held a Lunar New Year gathering at the Legislative Council with more than 60 members and industry players attending. Legislative Councilor Yau Tat-kan was present to show his support.
Mr. Tony Tse, Founding President of the Association, said in his speech that in the coming year, the Association would focus on building a platform for exchanges, setting industry standards and acting as the backbone of the industry. Mr. Yau Tat-kan emphasized the importance of integrating property management with technology; Legal Advisor Mr. Kong Yuk-fun advocated the organization of a seminar on the laws of the Greater Bay Area; and Volunteer Auditor Mr. Kwok Chi-sing pledged his support for the development of the industry.
Participants exchanged views on opportunities in the Greater Bay Area, industry standards and manpower training.
