Led by Mr. Tony Tse, Founding President of the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Association of Property and Facility Management, the Association paid an in-depth visit to Hong Kong SmartTechnology Ltd. to explore the innovative application of cutting-edge technology in the field of property and facility management.

This visit focused on intelligent property management solutions. In the fields of security, facility management, energy saving, etc., Wisepac demonstrated a number of leading technologies, among which the AIoT intelligent management platform technology - integrating IoT devices and artificial intelligence analysis to realize all-round predictive maintenance and management of facilities - attracted strong interest from the participants.

During the process, the two sides held in-depth discussions on issues such as technology deployment scenarios, cost-benefit analysis, data security and standardization.

Mr. Tony Tse, Founding Chairman of the Association, pointed out that traditional property management is moving towards a new stage of digitization, intelligence and low-carbonization, and that the industry must actively embrace technology in order to enhance service quality, reduce operating costs and respond to the community's expectations for sustainable development.

The visit not only strengthened the connection between the industry and technology enterprises, but also provided substantive reference for member organizations to introduce innovative tools and transformation ideas. In the future, the Association will continue to promote cooperation in technology innovation and organize more technology exchanges and application demonstration activities to help members seize the opportunities of smart city development.

The event was attended by more than 20 participants, including HKAPMC Vice President and Council Member Mr. Wong Kin Ping, Council Members Ms. Yiu Kit Ning and Mr. Lau Ka Ming, and members of the HKAPMC and the Hong Kong Federation of Property Management Associations.
