Mr. Tony Tse, Founding President of the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association, was invited by IFMA Hong Kong Chapter and Rethink HK to attend the "Rethink HK 2025" forum held at the Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Centre and acted as the moderator of the "Opportunities for Facility Managers and Practitioners in the Greater Bay Area and Beyond" seminar, where he shared with a number of guests the latest developments, opportunities and challenges of the facility management industry in the Greater Bay Area. He shared with a number of industry guests the latest development of the facilities management industry in the Greater Bay Area, as well as the opportunities and challenges in the industry, including how to make use of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and cope with the ageing population, how to strengthen the training of practitioners in order to cope with the ever-changing market demands, and the industry's contribution to sustainable development.
