Gathering strength in the Bay Area, One Heart, One Sector--The Federation's Guangzhou Visiting and Exchange Delegation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

December 12, 2025, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association Founding President Mr. Tony Tse led a delegation to visit and exchange ideas in Guangzhou, and was invited to attend a series of activities in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Guangdong Provincial Property Management Association (GDPMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegation first visited Triumph New World on Haiqing Road, Zhujiang New Town, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, and exchanged views with Guangzhou Jinri Property Service Co., Ltd, the project party, which is located in the core of CBD of Zhujiang New Town in Guangzhou City, and is a rare large-scale, low-density luxury residential community in Zhujiang New Town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subsequently, we were invited to have a relaxed discussion with GDPS on promoting pragmatic cooperation among the three places in key areas such as mutual recognition of standards, policy synergy, mobility of talents, technological innovation and green and low carbon, and exchanged views on the integrated development of property management in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, we were invited to attend the \u201c25th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony of the Guangdong Property Management Association\u201d, which gathered leaders, experts and elite representatives of the property industry from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to witness the 25 years of brilliant achievements of the GDPMA and draw a new blueprint for the synergistic development of property management in Greater Bay Area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The celebration was a key step towards deepening cooperation among the property industries in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. At the \"Greater Bay Area Property Management Cooperation and Win-Win Initiation Ceremony\", HKPC, as the core proponent, signed the \"Greater Bay Area Property Management Cooperation and Win-Win Initiative\" together with the Guangdong Property Management Industry Association and the Macau Property Management Professionals Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the Ceremony, the Founding President of GDPSA delivered a keynote speech entitled \u201cConvergence of Properties in the Bay Area - Joining Hands to Create a New Chapter of Property Management in the Greater Bay Area\u201d. On behalf of the industry in Hong Kong, the President expressed his warmest congratulations to the GDMA and spoke highly of its outstanding contribution to the industry over the past 25 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Cheng Yuk-kam, Vice President of the Association, Mr. Yiu Kit-ning, Mr. Lau Ka-ming, Mr. Hsia Kin-fai, and Mr. Tam Chi-hang, Mr. Yip Chun-wai were present at the visit and exchange ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
