\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Mr. Tony Tse, Member of the Legislative Council from the Architectural, Surveying, Planning and Landscape Functional Constituency, is the Founding President of the Association, together with a number of other members of the Association.The Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association (HKGABFMA) was established by the elite and leaders of the property management industry.<\/span>(known as The Federation), the inauguration ceremony of the first Board of Governors and the gala dinner celebrating the 28th Anniversary of the Reunification of Hong Kong in 2025<\/span>The event was held at the Grand Auditorium of the Regent Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong on August 26, 2008, marking a milestone in the collaboration between the Federation and other organizations in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.<\/span>The development of the property management industry has entered a new phase!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0The Ceremony was well attended by more than 100 participants, including government officials from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, Members of the Legislative Council, representatives of industry associations and sponsors.<\/span>With the support of more than 100 guests, nearly 500 guests, including members and friends of the Federation, gathered in the hall to witness the Union's success.<\/span>The event was officially launched with a great turnout.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative RegionLi Jiachao (1935-), PRC politician<\/b>In his speech, Mr. Yau congratulated the Federation on its inauguration and expressed his appreciation to the Government for its efforts.Under the impetus of the Founding President, the Federation has brought together key property management companies, professional organizations, and trade associations in Hong Kong.<\/span>To build a platform of exchange and cooperation for the property and facility management industry in the Greater Bay Area, to promote synergistic development, and to contribute to the development of the property and facility management industry in the Greater Bay Area.<\/span>We will contribute to the development of an international first-class Bay Area.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chief Executive said he hoped that the Federation would continue to promote exchanges of talents, technological innovation, mutual recognition of qualifications, and the development of the Guangdong Province, Hong Kong and Macao.The Government will also co-operate and link up in various aspects, including sustainable development, to jointly enhance the living environment and quality of life in the Greater Bay Area and to bring the public a better living environment and a better quality of life.<\/span>Come to a greater sense of well-being.<\/span><\/p>\n

The establishment of the Hong Kong, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area Property and Facility Management Association (HKGABAMA) carries a significant mission and far-reaching significance.<\/p>\n

In terms of strategic leadership, the Federation has been fully implementing the strategic plan of the Outline of the Plan for the Development of the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao promulgated by the Central Authorities with unswerving determination, taking the national top-level design as a beacon for the way forward and actively integrating into the construction of the Greater Bay Area.Setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

In terms of building an exchange platform, the Federation is fully committed to building an open and diversified communication bridge between Hong Kong and Guangdong.The City Division of the Macau Metropolitan Government links up businesses, organizations and individuals in the field of common services and facilities management in the Macau Metropolitan Region.<\/span>Promote sharing of resources and experiences through organizing various exchange activities, seminars, competitions and cooperation projects.<\/span>Mutual learning will stimulate the momentum of synergistic development.<\/span><\/p>\n
